Delete your ClariJobs account or data

ClariJobs is operated by Clarisolv LLC. You can request deletion of your entire account or selected personal data. You do not need the Android app to make a request.

How to request account deletion

1. Sign in to ClariJobs using the account you want deleted.
2. Open the Privacy Center.
3. Select Account deletion, add any necessary details, and submit the request.
4. Keep the request number shown by ClariJobs. We may contact you to verify your identity before deletion.

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@clarijobs.com from the email address registered to the account. State that you want the ClariJobs account deleted and identify whether it is a Candidate, Employer, or Partner account. Do not email passwords, identity documents, payment-card details, or CV files.

Request deletion without closing your account

Use the same Privacy Center and choose the request type that matches the data you want removed or corrected. You can request deletion of optional profile content, uploaded files, photos, videos, messages, support content, or optional-consent records without automatically closing the full account. The availability of partial deletion depends on whether the information is still required to provide a feature you keep using.

Data normally deleted or anonymized

After approval and identity verification, ClariJobs deletes or irreversibly minimizes data that is no longer required, including as applicable:

• account and contact details;
• Candidate or Employer profile content and preferences;
• CVs, photos, videos, and other uploaded files;
• job applications, saved items, searches, introductions, and optional recommendations;
• messages, support content, and optional consent records where no retention exception applies; and
• active sessions and access to the deleted account.

Data that may be retained

Limited records may be retained instead of deleted when needed for security, fraud prevention, disputes, contractual obligations, financial reporting, tax, or another legal requirement:

• verification codes and unverified-account records are scheduled for deletion or anonymization after 30 days;
• in-app notifications are scheduled for deletion after 365 days;
• support correspondence and protected platform messages may be retained for up to three years for service, moderation, and dispute handling;
• minimum security and commercial audit evidence may be retained for up to six years; and
• payment, invoice, refund, credit, and tax records are retained only for the period required by applicable law.

Records under a legal hold are kept until the hold ends. Protected backups expire through the normal secure overwrite cycle and are not restored for ordinary use. Any retained record remains access-controlled and cannot be used to reactivate a deleted account.

What happens next

ClariJobs records the request, verifies the requester, revokes access, reviews retention exceptions, checks relevant providers and storage, and records completion evidence. We will tell you if more information is needed or if a specific record cannot legally be deleted. Deletion is permanent and may prevent recovery of the account, profile, applications, messages, and uploaded files.
